Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination and execution of automation-related activities for engineering projects

  • Develop and configure control strategies and automation solutions to meet project requirements
  • Ensure software used for equipment adheres to established guidelines, standards, and procedures
  • Formulate, initiate, and implement innovative processes, procedures, and best practices
  • Provide autonomous technical support and troubleshooting for automation systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of control systems, batch processing, and automation standards
  • Over 5 years of experience in automation roles within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
  • Proven expertise in Emerson DeltaV systems, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization
  • Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC/HMI systems and other automation platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage multiple projects
  • Strong leadership and collaboration abilities, with experience in cross-functional team settings.
