As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing application security tools such as Checkmarx, GitGuardian, and Dependabot. You will play a crucial role in the implementation, adoption, and change management of these solutions within the company, ensuring their alignment with security and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and Training: Develop self-sufficient onboarding and training materials (badges), aligned with product evolutions.
• Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new solutions.
• Communication: Ensure continuous and effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Event Facilitation: Conduct webinars and regular events for users and the "DevSecOps" community.
• Availability Management: Manage and communicate the availability of tools and solutions.
• Expectation Alignment: Align expectations raised by various stakeholders (development teams, security, operations) to the software vendors to ensure coherence in the developed features.
• Cybersecurity: Ensure the implementation of best cybersecurity practices, risk management, and compliance with global regulations. Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to detect and respond to threats in real-time.
• Feedback Analysis: Collect, analyze, and integrate feedback from end-users and stakeholders to continuously improve security solutions.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably with experience in application security tools.
• Tool Knowledge: Checkmarx, GitGuardian, and Dependabot
• Agile Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of secure development practices and the ability to understand technical requirements.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and feedback to make informed decisions.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Languages: Proficiency in English, French is a plus.
• Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Change Management: Demonstrated experience in change management and the implementation of change management strategies.
• Any certification with Application security tools :  Checkmarx, GitGuardian, and Dependabot is a plus. #LI-SR1
