Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete technical and industrial transfer from Supplier A (outgoing) to Supplier B (incoming), ensuring production ramp-up and continuity without disruption.
  • Evaluate and support the technical capabilities, capacity, autonomy, and maturity of new or existing suppliers.
  • Contribute to sourcing and technical assessment activities in collaboration with procurement and quality.
  • Manage and adapt industrial documentation, tooling and process flows during the transfer.
  • Ensure successful duplication or relocation of tooling and relevant manufacturing assets.
  • Support the full qualification process, from LAI at the outgoing supplier to FAI at the incoming supplier.
  • Ensure industrial and design maturity is aligned with client’s requirements for elementary parts and sub-assemblies.
  • Identify risks related to supplier maturity, technology, financial context, and production coverage.
  • Implement buffers, secure supply continuity, and ensure business risks are mitigated.
  • Work in close coordination with Design, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Program teams to synchronize expectations and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace Engineering or related technical field.
  • Previous experience (3+ years) in manufacturing engineering, industrialization or supplier management.
  • Experience with Transfer of Work (ToW) or industrial ramp-up projects is a plus.
  • Knowledge of aerospace industry standards is a plus.
  • Fluent in English. French would be a plus.
