Responsibilities

  • Actively participates in production quality activities, contributing to the maintenance and continuous improvement of quality standards.
  • Manages supplier non-conformities by initiating complaints in the SQUALL system, validating root causes and the supplier’s proposed corrective action plans.
  • Ensures formal acknowledgment of responsibility from the supplier for identified non-conformities and prepares rework documentation, securing the necessary approvals.
  • Conducts on-site supplier audits to assess the effectiveness of 8D problem-solving implementation.
  • Responds promptly to alerts indicating a significant increase in similar incidents or the occurrence of critical or safety-related issues.
  • Performs in-depth analysis of cases associated with alerts and evaluates their significance through the development of IC Studies, including criticality assessments.
  • Participates in QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) meetings to present study findings and support decision-making on appropriate corrective actions.
  • Utilizes specialized tools such as QFAST, SAFE, IG, DRG, and LUP for investigating, managing, and capitalizing on customer incidents.

Qualifications

  • Technical university degree (preferably in automotive, mechanical or electrical/electronics)
  • Advanced English
  • Advanced French
  • Passionate about the automotive industry
