Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior CRM Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Customer Service, and the Power Platform, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level CRM solutions. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, along with the ability to lead small teams and engage effectively with stakeholders in an Agile environment.

 

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Customer Journeys, ensuring best practices are applied throughout the application lifecycle.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform solutions, leveraging out-of-the-box functionality where possible and determining when extensions are necessary.
  • Lead or guide developers to implement custom extensions when required (functional lead) or directly implement them if technically hands-on (technical consultant).
  • Design and implement integration solutions between Dynamics 365 and other systems, following established patterns and best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor a small team to deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions for the business.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Operate effectively within an Agile delivery framework, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Customer Journeys, and related lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • Strong understanding of out-of-the-box capabilities and extension/customization approaches.
  • Experience in system integration design and implementation, including API-based integrations.
  • Ability to take technical ownership of projects, lead small delivery teams, and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform certifications.
  • Previous experience in large enterprise or regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, insurance, financial services).
  • Exposure to Azure services and security best practices for CRM integrations.
