· Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
· Guide and mentor a team of developers across multiple remote locations, fostering alignment and consistent delivery standards.
· Coordinate and integrate the work of distributed teams into existing applications, ensuring seamless collaboration and reducing regression issues.
· Define, implement, and promote best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and code reviews to improve overall software quality.
· Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance team productivity.
· Support debugging, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex technical issues.
· Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
· Strong expertise in the Java ecosystem (Java SE/EE).
· Solid experience with Spring Boot and Maven.
· Experience with containerization technologies, ideally Docker.
· Proven background in leading development teams, preferably across multiple countries or distributed setups.
· Strong understanding of software development best practices, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate teams and influence process improvements.
· Experience with tools such as Jenkins, RabbitMQ, SonarQube, or similar technologies.
· Exposure to frontend technologies (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js).
· Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
