Overview

As our new Group Quality Lead, you’ll play a key role in driving quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with global standards, and promoting best practices across our 30+ countries. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and is passionate about quality transformation. You’ll work closely with the Group Quality Director and global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment of the Group Quality Roadmap and transformation initiatives.
  • Lead or contribute to strategic documentation redesign and continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, EN/AS 9100, ISO 27001, and other relevant standards.
  • Oversee the deployment and maintenance of the Global Quality Management System (GQMS).
  • Coordinate group-level certifications and ensure audit readiness across entities.
  • Support external audits and lead internal management reviews.
  • Define and monitor Group-level KPIs for quality performance.
  • Promote standardization, best practices, and a culture of quality across regions.
  • Deliver training and awareness sessions on quality tools and standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Certifications in ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) preferred.

Essential skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a quality function within an international organization.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with ISO 9001.
  • Familiarity with at least one of the following: ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ASPICE, TISAX, EN/AS 9100, ISO 27001.
  • Proficiency in CAPA, root-cause analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, 8D.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed, agile environment.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive).

Desired skills

  • Experience leading global quality transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to digital quality tools or platforms.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.

What do I need before I apply

  • Working mode: hybrid, 2 days per week ar the office in Bucharest.
  • This role requires legal authorization to work in the country where the job is posted.
