Mechanical Test Engineer

• Develop test plans and validation plans for mechanical component modifications.
• Install components on test benches and instrument measurement devices.
• Use torque wrenches and perform calculations for forces/pressures applied to parts.
• Conduct tests in accordance with existing protocols and technical documentation.
• Interpret test results and formulate technical conclusions.
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Prepare test reports and document test conditions.
• Analyze nonconformities by identifying root causes and recommending solutions.
• Use industrialization documents, process flow plans, and test protocols.

• University degree in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering or similar).
• Experience in mechanical testing/product validation and industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, materials, mechanical components, and performance limitations.
• Advantage: experience with mobile equipment, hydraulics, welded structures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Advanced level of English; French is an advantage.
