Software & System Tester (full on-site)

• Plan, write, and execute test documentation  
• Set up and maintain test environments
• Perform manual and automated testing of integrated systems using internal, client-specific
  tools
  
• Analyze issues (including code level investigations and high-level debug) , open bug reports, and follow up on resolutions
• Collaborate with development, engineering, and product teams
• Participate in system integration at customer sites in Romania and abroad

• Previous experience in testing embedded hardware-software systems, including white-box
  testing
  
• Familiarity with electrical/electronic systems and communication protocols
  
• Understanding of multi-disciplinary system integration processes
  
• Familiarity with test and bug management tools (e.g., JIRA)
  
• Fluent in English – speaking, reading, and writing
  
• Willingness to travel for various assignments 

Additional Advantages:

• Technical military background or experience with military/operational systems (weapon
  systems, armored vehicles, or simulators) - strong advantage
  
• Field testing experience, including work in outdoor/operational environments
  
• Experience in developing testing tools is also a plus (e.g., simulators, utility scripts)
  
• Ability to read technical drawings and system diagrams 

• Availability to travel locally and internationally for various project assignments.
