Mid DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Mid DevOps Engineer to support engineering teams delivering payment and transaction platforms in international environments. You will contribute to CI/CD, deployment automation, runtime stability, and engineering efficiency across systems that require strong availability, security, and operational control.

You will join international engineering teams contributing to digital payments and transaction platforms in a business environment where security, scalability, resilience, performance, and service continuity are essential.

• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines under the guidance of senior team members where needed.
• Support application deployment, automation, and release processes.
• Maintain and optimize Linux-based and containerized environments.
• Work closely with development teams to improve delivery speed, platform consistency, and operability.
• Support environments involving messaging, databases, search, and observability components.
• Contribute to monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident prevention.
• Follow DevOps and platform engineering best practices across teams.
• Help ensure secure and reliable operations in transaction-oriented systems.

• More than 3 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or build & release engineering.
• Good working knowledge of Linux.
• Hands-on experience with Docker.
• Experience with OpenShift and/or Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD tools and repositories such as GitLab.
• Familiarity with Java-related build/runtime tooling such as Maven or Tomcat.
• Exposure to distributed platform components such as Kafka, MongoDB, or ElasticSearch.
• Experience supporting backend services in complex production-like environments.
• Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and system reliability concepts.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Previous exposure to payments, banking, fintech, or other high-availability transaction platform environments is a strong plus.
• Strong English communication skills.

• Exposure to performance or load tooling such as Gatling.
• Experience with infrastructure security and secure delivery pipelines.
• Familiarity with auditability, traceability, and operational governance in regulated environments.
