Exhaust Lead Engineer

• Be the liaison between the engineering teams responsible for the design and development of exhaust systems.
• Utilize CATIA and PLM tools to create and manage detailed designs and documentation.
• Oversee the integration of exhaust systems into vehicle platforms, ensuring compatibility and performance.
• Conduct performance analysis and validation of exhaust systems through simulations and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Communicate project status and technical issues to stakeholders and senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in exhaust system design and development within the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in CATIA and PLM tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements for exhaust systems.
• Proven track record of successfully leading engineering projects from inception to completion.
