Responsibilities

  • Lead the development activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Performance) objectives.
  • Coordinate technical topics with suppliers, ensuring compliance with ONEVAL, RGPQP, clients standards, and project milestones.
  • Drive project progress by managing planning deliverables according to internal scheduling and governance processes.
  • Collaborate closely with plant teams to ensure manufacturing feasibility, industrial readiness, and early anticipation of production risks.
  • Monitor supplier performance, ensuring timely issue resolution and aligning deliverables with project targets.
  • Promote effective communication and cross-functional collaboration within diverse project teams, ensuring a constructive and inclusive working environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with more than 2 years experience in exhaust/wheels engineering or project management within the automotive sector.
  • Strong knowledge of varials methodologies and tools (QCDP, ONEVAL, RGPQP, planning standards).
  • Experience in supplier management, including technical reviews, deliverable follow-up, and risk mitigation.
  • Good understanding of plant processes, manufacturing constraints, and industrial feasibility principles.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
  • Strong communication and diversity management capabilities, promoting collaboration across multicultural teams.
