Responsibilities

  • Manage TSB release: lead the TSB release process end-to-end, coordinate stakeholders, plan timelines and ensure compliance with customer processes.
  • TSB process validation (PSA / Fiat / Jeep): coordinate validation activities, collect approvals and evidence, and ensure required gates are closed before release.
  • TSB release in all languages: manage translations and multi-region publication ensuring consistency.
  • AS&S service manual release: produce, validate and release AS&S service manuals aligned with diagnostics matrix and service BOM.
  • Manage the release of repair manuals (Service Box, Link Entry Home, Dealer Connect): coordinate content, approvals and platform uploads; verify formatting and accessibility for dealers and plant technicians.
  • Tools availability: ensure required special tools and calibration equipment are identified, sourced and available at plants and dealer network.
  • Spare parts availability: coordinate with supply chain and aftermarket teams to ensure correct spare part numbers, kits and service BOMs are released and available.
  • SW availability: coordinate software release for after-sales (diagnostics, calibrations, ECU updates) and ensure deployment to service channels.
  • Follow-up of 8Ds and TSB definition/implementation: track 8D investigations, translate lessons learned into TSBs or product changes and verify implementation.
  • Repair cost follow-up and prognosis: collect repair cost data, monitor trends and provide forecasts for warranty cost management.
  • Total warranty cost: support reporting and analysis of warranty cost and feed into department budget and supplier recovery actions.
  • Product changes impacting After Sales: communicate and follow-up product design or service changes that affect spare parts, tools, manuals or software.
  • Field campaigns and recalls (as needed): support coordination and communication with plants, dealers and suppliers to minimize customer impact and costs.
  • Training and enablement: support and deliver trainings to dealers and plant technicians on new TSBs, manuals and tools.
  • Process and KPI management: maintain trackers, dashboards and trendlines to proactively identify risks and trigger actions.

Qualifications

  • Master degree in engineering, business management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in automotive or a related field within the high-tech product industry. #LI-EB1
