The Opportunity
The Operations Division continues to adapt its organization to address the new challenges. To support this fundamental evolution of its basic missions, the division delivers end-to-end services for business units, runs Digital Services applications, monitors and controls the design and roll-out of technical architectures and solutions for production in liaison with Central Architecture and Business teams, and supports Local and Global Product Lines with technical expertise.
The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is a member of the Operational tribe and the first point of contact for Local and Global Product Lines for all topics related to delivery of the services within her/his perimeter. We are looking for an expert to lead and ensure the migration and ongoing management of a high-traffic file transfer platform, migrating from Axway to SFTP GO / Axway Secure Transfer.

Lead and ensure the migration and ongoing management of a high-traffic file transfer platform, migrating from Axway to SFTP GO / Axway Secure Transfer.
Operate in a production-critical environment with strong focus on continuity, prioritization, and clear communication.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, development, and business teams to ensure continuity and SLAs.
Report to management the status of the migration for the Division.
Migration & Delivery:

Technical expertise in transfer protocols and MFT solutions (FTPS, SFTP, PESIT).
Mastery of tools: Axway, SFTP GO, Axway Secure Transfer.
Certificate management: authorities, lifecycle, renewals, integration into transfer workflows.
Knowledge of production environments and architectures for migrating sensitive data.
Proven experience in similar roles (migration of file transfer platforms, Axway to SFTP GO / Axway Secure Transfer or equivalents).
Certifications and/or relevant training in secure transfers, certificate management, and administration of transfer platforms.
Project management skills.
Ability to operate in a high-pressure, production context with strong prioritization and clear communication.
Excellent written communication for technical documentation.
Working language: French (preference for concise, technical communication).
