Within the Network Operations department, you will be part of the Production Services organization, responsible for the shared IT infrastructure that supports customer-facing services. You will work within an international network team, collaborating closely with colleagues across several European countries.
The team is responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and operating network infrastructure, with a strong focus on service quality and customer orientation.
The environment is complex and multidisciplinary, primarily built around Cisco switches and routers (IOS and NX-OS), Check Point firewalls, and F5 load balancers. Knowledge of at least one of these technologies is required. The team owns the entire network infrastructure, including the implementation of network security components.
Responsibilities
- Operate, administer and improve enterprise network and security infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, firewall and load balancing issues.
- Support incident management and perform Root Cause Analysis for major incidents.
- Prepare, test and deploy network changes, including implementation and rollback plans.
- Support Low-Level Design activities and network infrastructure improvements.
- Work with infrastructure, security, application and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with vendors and external suppliers when needed.
- Support compliance with architecture standards, security policies and operational processes.
- Participate in out-of-office-hours changes and standby rotation when required.
