Responsibilities

  • Manage multimedia incidents end-to-end, including detection, classification, prioritization, documentation, and data consolidation to ensure effective issue tracking and resolution. 
  • Perform technical analysis and diagnostics of multimedia issues (K1/K2), investigating root causes, defining diagnostic strategies, and analyzing Android logs and potentially defective network components.
  • Develop recommendations and corrective actions to support problem resolution and improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and monitor ongoing investigations, ensuring progress tracking, incident backlog management, and follow-up of action plans and quality-related topics (LUP QC).
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including incident analysis reports, technical investigation files, customer protection dossiers, and QRQA reports in line with Renault standards.
  • Participate in regular cross-functional reviews and reporting activities, providing clear visibility on issue status, risks, and resolution progress.
  • Capture and share lessons learned, maintaining and enriching knowledge databases (NASA, LUP) to support continuous improvement and future issue prevention. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering).
  • Experience in multimedia incident analysis and troubleshooting, with a solid understanding of automotive infotainment systems and the Android ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret technical data, investigate root causes, and analyze system logs.
  • Knowledge of incident management and problem-solving methodologies; familiarity with QRQA, LUP, and NASA processes is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and prioritization skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry (Renault/Dacia environment is a plus), combined with a passion for automotive technologies; advanced proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) is required.
