Responsibilities

This role combines project coordination, technical documentation expertise, and regulatory compliance, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of engineering, documentation, and project management. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee documentation production planning to ensure timely and efficient delivery across vehicle development projects.
  • Monitor project deliverables and milestones, maintaining visibility of documentation status throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review and validate documentation production requests, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements.

Technical Documentation Management

  • Analyze and validate technical information provided by engineering teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Determine the appropriate integration of technical content into manuals and customer documentation, following established standards and best practices.
  • Ensure consistency and coherence across multiple documentation deliverables, maintaining a high level of quality and usability.

Compliance & Regulatory Support

  • Verify compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and industry requirements within all documentation.
  • Manage safety-related content, warnings, and precautionary statements, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Participate in regulatory and compliance discussions, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to address evolving requirements.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong French and English communication skills.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
  • Project management and coordination skills.
  • Experience with technical documentation.
  • Good understanding of vehicle systems and equipment.
  • Technical education in the automotive field is required.
