Role overview
The AI Engineer designs, builds and operates production systems that process large volumes of documents and emails across multiple regions. The role combines software engineering and GenAI to turn unstructured content into reliable, usable data, with particular attention to sensitive information, access controls, validation and AI guardrails.
The position requires strong software engineering fundamentals, experience delivering GenAI in production and adaptability across languages and ecosystems. A solid backend background is essential, alongside the ability to deliver usable interfaces, including with AI development tools. Advanced full-stack expertise is an advantage.
Working directly with stakeholders, the engineer takes solutions from discovery and design through implementation, deployment and operation. The role requires independent investigation, sound technical judgement and clear communication, with support from the manager and technical lead.
