After-Sales Quality Engineer

• Manage and drive resolution of Customer Quality Issues (LUP QC).
• Provide technical support and expertise to the After-Sales Network for quality-related concerns.
• Support Recall Campaigns (OTS) and contribute to corrective action implementation.
• Create and validate technical documentation in line with client's standards.
• Verify technical solutions through vehicle testing and validation activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure spare parts availability and effective deployment of solutions.
• Maintain and enhance the After-Sales Technical Knowledge Base.
• Support new vehicle and component launches (OLV/OLO) while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in After-Sales, Technical Support, Field Quality, Warranty or a similar automotive role.
• Good understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience in quality issue analysis, root cause investigation and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of technical documentation, repair procedures and engineering standards.
• Exposure to vehicle testing & validation, field quality activities and recall campaigns.
• Strong analytical, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) - French represents an advantage.
